What you run from Backstage

Every product, every event, from one place.

Create the event, its rooms and its sessions. Everything that happens on stage starts here.

Languages & outputs

Choose the languages and whether each one goes out as audio, text or both. Custom vocabulary loaded before doors open.

Screens & captions

The main LED, side displays and caption monitors, with the look of your event.

Live control

What happens on stage, mirrored in real time. Multi-stage control, each session independent.

Widget

The accessibility widget of your website, from the same login.

Live

Live control

During the session you see what the room sees: the audio coming in, the languages going out and the captions on every screen. Multi-stage events run as independent sessions from the same view.

Up and running in three steps

No app, no receivers, no extra hardware in the room.

1

Connect the audio

One laptop and a USB audio card on the desk output. Your AV technician sets it up in minutes.

2

Choose languages and screens

Pick the languages, whether each one goes out as audio, text or both, and which screens show captions.

3

Share the QR

Attendees scan it at the door and follow the session on their own phone, in their language.

Four products. One Backstage.

Everything you run with Link3rs, from the same login.

Good to know

Do I need to install anything?

No. Backstage runs in the browser. The only hardware in the room is the laptop and the USB audio card your technician already sets up.

Can I run several stages at once?

Yes. Each stage is its own session, with its own languages and screens, controlled from the same view.

Where do the transcripts and reports go?

They stay in Backstage, session by session, and we send you what we agreed when planning the event: summaries, highlights or the full text.
